Zone 7 returns to Taste of the Nation Princeton
Zone 7 will appear at Share Our Strength's 20th Anniversary of Taste of the Nation Princeton on May 20. We're serving...chocolate covered local strawberries!
The event is the nation's premier culinary benefit, featuring top chefs and mixologists, all of whom come together and donate their time, talent and passion to end childhood hunger in America.
Spread across three floors of Tre Piani in Princeton, the event will offer guests the opportunity to mingle with chefs, bid on auction items and taste bites from local purveyors and artisans.
One hundred percent of ticket sales benefit Share Our Strength's efforts to end childhood hunger in America.
Lots of familiar faces will be there serving their delicious creations: Elements, the bent spoon, The Brothers Moon, The Frog and Peach, Mercer County Community College, and many more.
And we won't be the only participant representing farms! Cherry Grove Organic Farm, Griggstown Quail Farm, and others will be there.

Spring Video
We're thrilled to share with you a new video produced by our brilliant filmmaker friend Brian Hedden.
It's the second of four seasonal videos Brian is making about Zone 7. The first one captured some of the challenges of sourcing and delivering local ingredients in the winter.
This time around, "We want to take you around the farms to see the abundance that is beginning," as Mikey tells Brian.
You'll meet Farmer Scott Morgan from Blue Moon Acres, Farmer Susan Blew from Oak Grove Plantation and Mike Atkinson from Whole Earth Center. Plus you'll get a tiny glimpse of how the entire Z7 crew pitches in to make it all happen.
