Lettuce and baby greens are always available from our greenhouse producers, who grow pristine mixed greens, watercress, and baby lettuces and kales year-round. Greenhouse lettuces and baby greens come “living” (roots attached), which ensures a longer shelf-life and a dazzling mix of colors, textures, and tastes.
Field-grown baby greens are more affordable and are cut and washed for ease of use. Farmers begin to harvest field greens mid-late May. We provide a steady supply of colorful baby mesclun, baby arugula, baby spinach, and baby kales through the summer.
